Happy Easter - How About Some Easter Treats?

 

Happy Easter Everybody!

I wanted to share some Easter treats that I made and gave away this weekend.  I had some extra supplies already stamped and punched from projects I was working on last Easter.  I planned on assembling these little guys before now, but this week was a great time to complete them.  I had some Hershey Kisses around the house that I attached the little bunnies to and then i put them out for kids under 10 years old at the Sugarhouse at Timber Creek in Dover, VT.  The bunnies were almost all gone on Friday night leaving only 4 for the crew that arrived on Saturday.  I was thinking that I made enough to last all weekend...guess not:))

These were a popular little treat with the kids.  I hope that everyone enjoyed them!

For those of you that don't really know me or what I do yet, I am a rubber stamper, paper crafter and scrapbooker.  I not only make finished products that i sell at craft fairs, I also take orders for custom projects like family scrapbooks; invitations for showers, weddings and parties; and home decor or other craft items for gifts and favors.  I also attend craft fairs in my area where I make little treats like these bunnies for the kids attending.  My craft fair schedule for 2009 is posted on this blog in the left-hand column.  If you are in need of little treats or favors for your special occasion, please feel free to contact me at lynn@lynnlarsondesigns.com or by calling 802-380-0222.

2009 Craft Fairs

It is getting to be that season again - time for Craft Fairs.  Following is a list of the craft fairs that I plan on doing this year:

JULY

July 4 - Wardsboro 4th of July Street Fair, Main Street, Wardsboro, VT - 9 am - 3 pm

July 25 - Jamaica Old Home Days, Jamaica, VT noon - 4 pm

 

AUGUST

August 29 - Deerfield Valley Fair, Wilmington, VT

 

OCTOBER

October 17 - Pumpkin Festival, Townshend, VT

October 24 - Gilfeather Turnip Festival, Wardsboro Town Hall, Main Street, Wardsboro, VT

NOVEMBER

November 7 - Boutique Noel Craft Fair, Albany, NY - 9 am - 3 pm

I will be updating this list on a regular basis.  These events are not all completely confirmed yet.  They are events that I plan on doing this year.  Please come back and review this list on when the event gets closer so that you can confirm that I will be at the event.  I will also be posting more information about the location and the times of the events when I know more.

Craft Classes Are Now Available

Would you like to learn the art of rubber stamping or scrapbooking?  What about stenciling?  I am now offering all types of classes to make projects out of paper, wood and fabrics to name a few.  I am also offering my craft classes for all different occasions such as birthday parties, graduations, reunions, baby showers, wedding showers or get-togethers.
